Antique Pocket Watch Geneve

Would anyone have information on Stiffel antique cheers and Cartier pocket watch.?

The dial is a white face, Roman numerals it under 12, he Stiffel & Cartier geneva under which she also wrote about the same movement, I think the case is brass he also ivy recessed into the inside information on the back cover would be really appreciated.
