Casio Wristwatch Manual

Do you own a wristwatch Casio Waveceptor Atomic? I can not get the signal …?
I recently bought Casio Waveceptor Atomic watch. Daily watch is supposed to automatically capture a signal from Fort Collins, Colorado to keep the correct time. The signal radius is about 2,000 miles and covers the whole continental United States, it becomes more difficult to receive the signal that the further away Fort Collins. I live 1600 miles, and my watch does not receive the signal. Do you have any suggestions on where I place the watch for increase my chances to get the signal? The manual says to place it near a window, but it does not work for me. The buildings of my apartment complex are close together, and are power lines near me … I particularly want to hear from those of you who live far from Colorado and had to go through trial and error to get a signal from your Casio watch. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm in the same situation, about 1400 miles the signal source, close to power lines, surrounded by reinforced concrete. The concrete with rebar is in a virtual ' the drain "to the extent of short-wave AM signals go, what signals are WWV I could not get a signal regardless of the window in the apt. I tried. This is what it solves … I put the watch in my car on the rear deck, and left him there all night. Watch the location picked. After that, he has updated with WWV since. Try it, it's worth a shot.
