Ebay Wristwatch Auction

eBay help! I try to list a wristwatch, but it does not let me list with a three-day trading. Why?!?

I need to list now will end when I want, but it keeps saying "Reports of heading denied" and said that I owe this list as an element 5, 7 or 10 day auction.
