Elgin Pocket Watch Value

I have a pocket watch railroad Elgin that my grandfather and I want to know its value.?

It is gold and has a fairly inlaid in gold. The face has Roman numerals. It is open in the back and inside it has carved the numbers 190194 in it.

Please, take it to a reputable jeweler —- sounds like you might have something of value.
