They will just cost you money you can not afford.
Ask an expert what a good competitive price be in your neighborhood. The assessor can check recent sales in your area and give you an average market price of houses near you who sold and closed. Each owner needs these facts, especially if they lived in a house for many years. Want to put your money near the market.
