The Art of Uplifting Your Mood

Joan Adams and her sister Betty Delorme have compiled a great eBook on different approaches to remain at a high level of vibration, how to cheer you up when you feel blue, steps to take when you are sad.

I am proud that I wrote a chapter for their book entitled "thoughts are Alive!"

Each chapter provides guidance on the ban mood, lift your mood and stimulate your mind! In fact, the act of reading these chapters will immediately lift your mood, whatever you have!

I thought I'd make a list of my own personal favorite mood enhancers added to the treasure chest:

1) to extinguish television.

I like to be on what is happening in the world, but watching the news is a Downer I no longer wish to participate in. The experts say people how to think in terms of their own prejudices, they tell people how to vote, and essentially no longer objectively report the news.

2) Sit in your favorite chair and relax in a bundle Sun

3) meditate with your cat's favorite resting on your knees.

4) Find the period of silence each day.

5) focus on the present life force behind each and breath all day. These are private three dimensions and happy moments that you share only with yourself and can be done, no matter what happens around you.

7) Do not participate in gossip or join the others when they complain. You'll feel much better, avoiding negativity.

8) Begin your posts and to write several times a week. Do this only if you enjoy writing. This will help you because you are sharing your talents with the world.

9) Encourage people to comment on your Blog. In this way, that an open discussion ensues and you feel connected to your audience.

10) sit, walk and sleep with your dog.

12) Amanda Goldston recommends an "ideal Fun Day card "in the book by Betty and Joan. This primarily involves writing everything you can think you might, do, and have every day that brings you joy is so much fun!

Then, you find pictures that represent these things and paste and laminate these pictures on a 3X5 card and carry it everywhere with you.

Everybody on this card should make you smile! Tap the card in your pocket several times a day. The power of this visualization tool is attested by manifesting your dreams and visions faster in your life.

13) Remove the evening and gaze into the starry sky. Learn the constellations and choose. Identify called the ecliptic and the constellations astrological there: Aries, Pisces, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, etc.

Stargazing is even more fun with a telescope. Naturally, you want to do in a secluded area of the city lights.

He read that in his Almanac eclipse would occur the following night. He and his crew were taken hostage by the Indians who threatened to kill them.
