Fullmetal Alchemist pocket watch help?

I just received today the pocket watch and its battery operaded. But I do not know how to do function. The battery will not work from what I can say. PLEAS HELP

Look for directions or assistance number on the lookout. Unfortunately not all watches FMA are the same. One thing to check is that the positive and negative son pointing in the right direction. I hope you Enjoy the show.
