Giant Wristwatch Clock

Is the clock in the Rolex Grand Slam tennis events a "real" Rolex clock?

It looks like a giant Rolex watch, but I finds no evidence that Rolex is something of wristwatches.

Should be. I am sure that Rolex makes and marks for all to see.
