Why won’t Giga Pocket work anymore?

Sometimes, when I watch TV with Giga Pocket, the picture messes up (there are horizontal and vertical lines). Anyway, thinking it could be fixed, I downloaded a driver (software update utility). Well, after I restarted my computer, I couldn’t load the program. It said that sgppq.dll could not be found. I have a feeling this file was deleted during the download of the software update, but I have no idea how to get it back. And I’m not willing to wipe my computer clean. Can anyone help with this???
