Help. Im trying to find this type of medallion that is.?

It is a medallion slot 4, it is about a inch long, I think that gold and I bought at a garage sale, it looks like a small pocket watch, he opened with something like a lock. A medallion pendant picture maybe? Not sure, but rare, really cute and interesting.
