I watched an episode of CSI, and there was a child with this teddy bear on his shoe, and it how they followed her. He had a GPS device in him. This may be a stupid question, but they exist? I know they have phones and wristwatches, but is it really something that goes on the children's shoes? Otherwise, I invented:).
