How do my school uniform is ugly strictly better?

Seriously there is no leniency or anything to work with here: We have to wear a light blue shirt serious ugly (short sleeves in summer, long winter) and blue pleated skirt. We also have a navy cardigan blue blazer (no badge on the blazer, excluding schools). We have to wear black sandals or shoes Romans black lace with white socks in summer and black tights and black lace black lace shoes or shoes with ankle socks white in winter. We are not allowed to wear black flats. Not makeup, but I wear it anyway. No jewelry outside a small amount of gold in each ear and a small watch. No rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. .. shoulder length hair below must be linked to the navy or black hair accessories. black binder (but I have just passed and got everything I wanted, and if they do not like it – too bad). Is this the most strict uniform code that you've ever seen? Is there anyway to make it better? Oh, and no nail polish or artificial colors.

Can you dye your hair (like the blue / pink / green / etc.) or is it against the color "against nature" bit at the end? You can put pins / badges / whatever you call them on your school bag. You can wear a cute tank top under your shirt color. I find many gaps in everything, especially my uniform code. It is the most strict uniform code that I have ever seen, much stricter than my school.
