How To Change Wristwatch Battery

Changing a watch battery?

I have a Casio Databank wristwatch, and I was attempting to change the batteries myself. There were 2 batteries, and I took them out to see what kind they were, so I could puchase the right batteries. It’s been a few days, and I don’t remember the proper negative-positive alignment that they were in. There are only 4 possibilities, but I can’t try them all because my watch has all these extra coverings that are very delicate and I can’t keep putting them all back in and taking them out again if they don’t work. How do I tell which end is which?

Also, I heard Casio watches have to be initialized before they work. What is this?

best, take it to a watch repair shop. ive ruined a couple of watches trying myself and it doesnt cost much to have a jewler do it.
