How much is my pocket watch, or where can I find this information?

I do not seem to be able to find any information on MY watch pocket. IT'S A ILLINOIS 19 JEWEL Adjusted 3 POSITIONS 10KT. Double Gold 177 MODEL. I have the serial number, but that still is'nt be useful for me at the moment! But here it is: 4699115 It is manufactured by SPRINGFIELD ILLINOIS WATCH CO * If someone could help me would be great! Information as the date has been done and what it's worth, SURE would end my madness! THANKS a bunch!
