What does that mean ?!?!? Irish Wristwatch

People tell me 2 say Irish shows and I do not know y. I do not understand! Someone me.

It does not mean anything. This is a tongue-twister, a sentence that is difficult to say without seeming crazy (in Because of the tangle of consonants).
