Hey, thanks for looking at the question… I was wondering which webcam for these is the best, and I also want to know what a driver free webcam is and what skype is? Anybody know?

skype is a nice Voice Over Ip program that lets you make calls and watch video (WEBCAMS) over the internet for a fee. As far as webcams a simple Logitec Cam from Wal-Mart should do ya fine. And most webcams made by Logitec will work with Vista. Oh by the way on those cams you listed. The term comes into play (YA GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR)
