Names Of Pocket Watch Manufacturers

Railway Timekeeper Pocket watches. Does anyone know the origin of these looked at, please?

My husband would like to know if anyone knows the origins of the Railway Timekeeper Pocket looked, thought to be in place by the News of the World newspaper for sale to passengers railways. The mechanisms are generally cheap and did not jeweled movements. Both, it was done Switzerland, but officials did not name them. This type of pocket watches were made by different manufacturers.
