Well most preparations for takeoff and landing is roughly around 15-20 minutes and most of the latest movies at least 1h to 1h 30min and then probably, even if they show the movie you will not be able to watch from beginning to end. Anyway, I've never witnessed a type of film or television entertainment on all the flights I flew with short.
