Personalized Pocket Watch Engraving

Fahys pocket watch?

My grandmother recently passed away, one of the things we found cleaning out her house was a solid engraved gold Fahys pocket watch, it has a pic engraved on the outside and opens from both sides. It also has a seconds dial. We want to find out more about it but there is not another one like it online. I know the serial # & it oddly has the medical symbol (the snake wrapped around the winged pole) engraved above the serial #. She was a nurse,maybe she got it from her work.Even has a farm hidden in the pic on one side which could have been personalized there for our families farm? Can anyone tell me anything about it?

Hi, I have been collecting pocket watches for about 30 years.
I am not absouletly positive, but I have been told by another
‘old timer’ PW collector that Fahys was only a Case maker,
and never made any movements (motors) for a watch. Also, he said Fahys never made a solid Gold Case, only Gold Filled.
May I suggest that you look at the movement for any Names & Serial numbers.. This will tell us the maker and age of the watch.
