Once again this year with no state of Ohio and Michigan not on their calendar, Iowa a chance to do very well this season. However, I was thinking the same thing last year when we went 6-6. They open the season at Soldier Field cons Northern Illinois once again this season. Homecoming has been planned for Indiana and as usual our game rivalry against Iowa State, is the third game of the season. They have a chance for redemption after last year's festival aims on the ground in Jack Trice.
Iowa opened its 2007 schedule Conference on the road (at Wisconsin) for the eighth time in nine years under Coach Ferentz. Iowa opens home alone conference, under the leadership Ferentz, came in 2001 when He defeated Penn State.
