Is there an adhesive or glue that attach Velcro to denim?

I want to attach a 1 "X1" square Velcro inside if a pocket watch on a pair of Levi jeans type pants. It is a very difficult place to sew anything, so I'm looking for a glue or something permanent that does not come off of washer / dryer. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Velcro is an iron on which works well. Make sure the item has been washed without fabric softener was used during the use of adhesives on the fabric.
