Pocket Watch Automatic Movement

"Liquidation" vs pocket watch automatic (or non-liquidation) ..?
Im looking at a pocket watch, but I'm clueless on what type of movement. Am I better off buying a pocket watch to handle? or a pocket watch whose movement is automatic (eg, quartz, etc. ..) and what advantages an "up"-wind pocket watch pocket watch for another isn't that? Vice versa? Im new to this scene pocket watch together and Im just really confused a small question, are generally better than liquidations quartz watches? since yesterday im getting exam is winding movement
Depends first on whether you buy a cheap fashion watch or a stopwatch expensive. In addition, if you buy an antique watch, you do not even not a choice, he will be back. If you buy a watch that does not cost thousands of dollars, then get a quartz movement watch. You do not have to remind their wind, and there is no other maintenance than to replace the battery every year or two. There are people who love the military-style wind-up pocket, they say are stronger and last longer, but the sad reality is that most quartz watches either lost or thrown away long before the movement would normally.
