Where to find a machine, the size of the music box-pocket?

Hello, I was hoping someone would be able to get point the right direction. At first I was looking for a mechanical pocket watch, which also plays music, but the ones I found were in the range + $ 1,000, which is a bit too much for the gift. Now I'm looking for some sort of music box pocket size that would play a melody pleasant. I searched on Google for one for hours, and some that I found were either with a battery or you would have to turn a small crank to make a sound, or cheap quality.This will be a gift for a close friend
