Self defense, the worst case (hypothetical)?

After watching some B movie lousy with my friends, we had to question what we would do in a similar hypothetical scenario. So basically, you're locked in an empty room 30×30 with a guy / girl who is 5-10% bigger and bigger than you, the only way is the key in his pocket. There are no windows and walls are thick enough that no one will be heard shouting outside. The assailant clearly wants to hurt you and will not be talked out of it. How can you get out of the situation? What would be the expression (the safest you) the fastest way to disable the BadGuy at least long enough to remove the keyring, finding the right key and unlock the door? Assumptions: the aggressor has a form of protection crotch cup (or other) the perpetrator is at least as good as you can not throw open the door or a wall there is no furniture or dirt to throw your pockets are empty, you do not have a belt and wear sneakers
