If a guy plays with his belt or his hands in his pockets, that means he is thinking of sex?

I was watching a movie and the guy told the guys think about sex 238 times a day that is believeable, and he said you know when they think about it, because he will be playing with his belt or in your hands two pockets. Is this true? Can guys confirm this for me? I still see my crush with hands in trouser pockets .. and although it's a bit scary!
