Pocket Watch Bulova

Know anything about vintage pocket watches?

I have what I think is a pocket watch vintage. His hands are blue and the word "ART" printed on the face. The front has a filigree design and the back is plain. The back says nothing really. It is gold. I tried to find something on the web this subject, but had no luck. Anyone got any information?
