Why gangstas broke out and pathetic?

I own a McDonald's restaurant in some areas. I see gangstas adorned with gold chains, diamond watches them with their side biatch. They come and for a cheeseburger and fries for $ 3, and then pull crumpled dollar bills and change in their pockets. They even ask them for a change hunni booster. Why do these gangstas so cool and rich and they are a broker of 13 years? I'm sure they drive a car shabby too. Now, there is nothing wrong with be broken. I was broke for a long period and work my way to success. But if all you have and do is pathetic, why do you dress so flashy for everyone looking at you? Why can not they just dress normal? Pull your pants, cock your hat UN-NY, and take damn your earring off …. Why?
