Pocket Watch Chronograph

Heuer Watches are as Popular as Ever
Some believe they are the best of the many Swiss watch brands. It seems, once you’re a Heuer person, there’s no going back.
The firm, now known as TAG Heuer when TAG bought it in 1985, has been winning people over since being formed in 1860.
An example of its continuing popularity will be seen at a wrist and pocket watches sale being held at Fellows & Sons auctioneers in Birmingham: http://www.fellows.co.uk.
During the sale on Monday 22nd October 2007, they have two Heuer Carrera chronograph watches up for sale – with a potential combined value of £2,850.
You can view the full range in the wrist and pocket watches online catalogue: http://www.fellows.co.uk/ShowAuction.asp?sAuctionNumber=909.
The firm also encourages intern bids for its real life auctions: http://www.fellows.co.uk/home/Internet-Buying.asp.
The first Heuer is valued at up to £2,000. It’s a gentleman’s 18 carat gold automatic Carrera chronograph wrist watch with a brushed finish dial and two black subsidiary dials. The date is at the 6 o’clock position and it has a tachymeter outer ring. The watch is fitted to an 18 carat rice link bracelet with folding deployment clasp.
The other Heuer watch is a gentleman’s Carrera automatic chronograph wrist watch with a dark blue dial. Again the date is at the 6 o’clock position; it has an orange fly back seconds hand, and an outer tachymeter. The watch has been fitted with a Breitling leather strap. It is valued at between £750 and £850.
The two watches are a couple of the highlights of the 472 items for sale in the wrist and pocket watches auction.
