Designated Drunk?

A man leaves a bar and can barely walk. At times, he starts to crawl to his car. Other times he is just swinging in the parking lot. He went to his car and pulled the keys from his pocket and tries to open the door. The keys are constantly falling to the ground and finally gets the door open. Across the street, two policemen sat watching everything this guy did. They are licking their chops. Finally, the man climbs in his car and starts. When he exited the parking cops turn on their sirens and storing. The cops get him out of the car and give him the field sobriety tests. It passes. Then they have him blow into the breath tester and zero shots. What the hell is going asks the cops. You were seen leaving the club drunk and drive. Oh yeah man replies, tonight was my duty to act drunk leads to the house everyone.
