Pocket Watch Collectors

I am a collector of toys, battery factory, what should I do to protect them?

Alright so I have a collection of battery operated toys Interactive some plastics with batteries and other cell shows stuffed with / AAA size AA batteries. The thing is they are all new in their packaging plastic with screws in plastic feet to keep them locked or twistys keep feet plush down. I fear that if I keep them for their community that the batteries could explode making little Mint / New. But if I take the batteries at the factory, I will not affect the value of the product? Although easier to take the batteries stuffed toys they simply velcro pockets to take the batteries, with the plastic toys I remove them from their packaging and remove the batteries. Then I would have to screw them back in. But if I change the toys they will not be worth the money right? Whats review?

Hey – You're AA / AAA batteries begin to leak acid at a given time, and which will destroy the toy. Batteries should be replaced, and I would not be a toy store in batteries. Dispose of batteries! Your toy will hold no value if it has acid damage or not working at all because the acid has leaked into it. Everything green, white corrosion is acidic – it can burn the skin, too. Factory hitters are generally not much good, anyway, and once the battery has been used, it corrodes rapidly. If you are hell bent on the factory battery, write the manufacturer, by a blister pak full of new batteries, and maybe they will be used until the good year 3000!
