How to connect your iPhone to your home TV
Every day, I start to learn a thing about my new iPhone and today I discovered that I can connect my phone to my Plasma TV and film Run, podcasts, photos and more.
When I think back to my cell phone first and how it was primitive technology cell phone distance traveled is truly amazing.
The first phone I bought was a P3 NEC and at the time, people regularly commented on how small and it seemed fantastic. Twenty years and billions of dollars of research, development later, and I now have the iPhone Apple's amazing in my pocket.
Anyway I digress back to explain the main steps required to connect iPhone to your TV.
The first thing to do is take a look at the back of your TV so what connections he had before going shopping for the appropriate connection cable.
Cut the power, and mounted behind the back of the TV and note that the connectors are color. If your TV is a few years now, it will probably yellow, red and white plugs, which means that you will buy the Apple AV cable.
If your TV is new, the rear has red, green and blue connections and that means you need to buy Apple Composite AV cable.
When you buy one of these connections Apple, you have a cable additional accompanying them, and it is called an AB USB adapter. The reason for this sector is essential to the USB cable is that it provides power to the iPhone while playing.
Without it, the battery drain very quickly while passing through your TV.
What I chose to do is to keep the AC adapter to the USB connected to my plasma all the time as it borders the hotel and is only very thin.
Once you have connected your iPhone to your TV using the adapter, you must follow the steps below.
First step: On your home screen, you will see a small orange icon that says iPod on it. Tap on the iPod icon and a new screen appears.
Second stage: Scroll down the page and you will see an option that says TV output. To match the iPod display you need to select the correct format. For example, you can select the wide-screen if you have a widescreen TV.
Third step: Depending on where you live, you must also select the PAL or NTSC setting.
Step Four: Once you've made these adjustments key setting you need to press the Home button, then click the iPod icon again.
Fifth Step One: You can then simply select the video or podcast so you want to play. Connect your TV to the iPhone, then verify that your TV is set to the correct entry for your connection.
The iPhone can now use remote to play, pause and stop the video you are watching.
There is even an option where I left off so you can resume playing a video where it left off.
Increasingly good understanding of the user agreement that you have on your phone is important. The right plan can even say it is cheaper to buy movies via iTunes and watch them through iPhone, then the traditional way.
The other terrible thing about configuring your TV is the ability to watch mini videos of family and friends moments after returning from an event, or even to show the grandparents.
Free access to watch videos via iPhone
I decided that I will research Tube to see all cartoons older than my son would. Surprisingly, there was full version Superman, Batman, and many others, so I decided to try to find a way to export them and watch them on TV via the iPhone.
Tube TV is free software that I found that allows you to convert videos YouTube in the correct format for playback on your iPhone and TV.
The software has a search bar and a browser so that you can find videos You Tube and similar sites. Once you have found the movie you are looking for
just grab the URL of the video and television Tube have export the movie to iTunes.
My education iPhone continue tomorrow and I'll write about my findings on the amazing device from Apple small.
