What type of jacket is used for uniforms in the film Night Watch, and where can I find one?

The Russian film Night Watch and Day Watch Service several people posing as employees of the Company of the City of Light. They all wear a kind of uniform jacket with stencil on the back, and a patch on the shoulder. I am interested in finding a blank version of one of the jackets. There seems to be a cotton, button front, long jacket without sleeve chest pockets. Thank you.
