Am I suicidal or something?

My mom says I have problems and the need to consult a doctor or something. All people call me "emo girl" and she gets on my nerves really bad and sometimes I think of killing myself but I'm afraid, but sometimes I take a knife and watch the blood on my arms and I'm 11, my mother does not know the cut, it knows that suicidal thoughts and that I need Help? What should I do?
