Ideas for a wedding present engraved pocket watch?

I buy my husband to be a pocket watch as a wedding gift and I can not decide if I want to burn, and if so, burn it with. I considered the date, time and date and time, but no of them feel quite right. If you were me, what would you choose?

Men can be weird about burning. I found that many of them prefer non-engraved things. For example, my husband got a very nice ball to be his best man roommate, and it was engraved with the date of marriage and the couple's names. In fact, he tried to see if it could be de-engraved! Your situation is a little different, obviously. I think it would be nice to put something on the back, but if it were me, I would simply put the wedding date. But if your fiance is more open-minded about these things, you can always put love simply, Julie on her.
