I lost the pin that connects to my wrist watch case?

Where can I watch spring with a new PIN to connect my Wrist metal case of my watch? I was in the process of moving and my watch was taken, and fell on my wrist. I picked it up and put in my pocket without noticing the pin connection was still lying on the ground. All information would be great, thank you.

Usually wherever they sell tapes. new pins come with all the new groups that I bought too. I save the old ones even because I took the tape and the loss of the pin.
