How do I get my pocket watch to start moving?

I have this pocket watch, I do not know much, but it says Quartz Japan Movt inside. It worked first time I am, and this is not a settlement or shows, or one watches you shake the liquidation. All other options? or should I just spend money and take it to the shop?

QUARTZ means is battery powered electronics. batt dead, most likely. mats leak when they die, if left too long. get the mattress replaced.
