Why is my pocket watch Kingdom Hearts stop ticking?

My friends bought me a pocket watch Kingdom Hearts (Roxas) and collar. He worked until late afternoon when it stopped ticking, then started again, then he arrested again and it wont start. Do I need to be repaired?

I want to see if it can be repaired. If do not like to wait a couple of months, you can also refer to Square Enix.
