I do not know what the mechanism of my pocket watch is it?

RA SF has the watch inside the mechanism and has a very unusual If someone could give me guidance on how to determine what the watch is in fact please. it is apparently about 1880 RASF and inside the box on the formation mechanism in a grid with R and A at the top can anyone help me understand what makes that is, the case is very rare and looks as if it passes through a hole button. If someone can give me information on the shows that I'd be very grateful.
