Pocket Watch Pda

does any one know where i can find a pda that is just like a computer?

i would like to use the internet anywhere, pocket word, power point, watch movies, load all kinds of software etc…
and if if comes with a phone thats a plus
or if you could direct me to a computer that is handheld, i would be thankful
