Best GPS Data Logger for Geolocation with Canon EOS 450D?

I have a Canon EOS 450D and I want a good GPS Data Logger can I keep in my pocket or bag and use geotag my photo. I have no need for car navigation or something like that just geotagging, although I saw the GlobalSat GH-625 watch that I'd be curious to know if thats any good as I do lots of running. if I was seeing things as Globalsat DG-100 or Amod AGL3080 GPS Photo Tracker. All advice and suggestions would be great.
