I already own a mobile phone can I buy cheap PDA or Pocket PC, simply use the Internet? would it cost anything to use the Internet, is it free? i mainly want to watch TV on it, I worked as a security guard and must spend some time what is a good good I can buy, I need have none of those fancy high-tech
