How much would it cost to fix a pocket watch?

I have a cosplay Fullmetal Alchemist pocket watch. A few weeks after I bought one of his hands was jammed and not take off. It still ticks and all, but the hand will not go anywhere. I'll taken to a repair shop for watches, but I would like an estimate of what it would cost.
