Pocket Watch Set Time

How do I set / adjust the time / hand on my pocket watch?

So I have this pocket watch old school, you know, the kind you have to wind back after a couple of days with a string attached to it. So, I just hurt backup but can not understand how set the correct time. Usually you pull the top button, you can set the time after finishing the push again
