Pocket Watch Setting

i recently got a new pocket watch?

i purchased this pocketwatch

and it’s ticking, but the time is totally off. i tried twisting the top. but there is nothing to twist up there. any one know how to work it?

Most of those type watches you pull the stem up a little and then you can adjust the time, If you did not have to pull the stem up, the watch would change time on it’s own every time it bumped against something.
