Hello I have a silver pocket watch and a silver punch is a P or D and 3 Shields and a person cross the know?

It a silver watch with porcelain dial, good condition, plus it has a number inside that says 50295 as the initials WJ I really want to get a rough idea of its value if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
