What 1980 film was Supertools "used in?

To be more precise the "Supertools" was is a pocket knife very similar to a Swiss Army knife, which had numerous integrated tools. From what I remember, this was one of Cheesy top 80 films that I watched when I was probably last 12 years. I do not remember other details other than the main characters are young adolescents, and they were always trying to get away with something sneaky. Any information is greatly appreciated. And yes people, I have looked in vain on imdb.com. I would appreciate all keeping smartass answers to themselves. It was a very cool 80's movie that I would really look again.
