Has anyone ever really tried to form a red tail boa?

OK let me first say that I am a snake owner expreianced. I seek not for advice on the property or Boa, food or care. I have a new boa since Feb this year and I take daily. He is very intelligent and very well to express his likes / dislikes, and to some extent what he wants and does not (he hates water, but he uses for that.) Because he is so good with strangers and behaves so well that I plan to try to train him, (He is a bit more years old.) So, I ask handelers Experianced consistent with any luck they had in the formation of their snake.
