Why on earth are my feet vibrating!?

Over the last 3 days have been vibrating my heels. I noticed first when I was watching TV and my left heel started to vibrate. I thought it was my phone in my pocket, but it was top, so I looked under the sofa to see if there was a phone vibrate beneath the ground and it wasn't. Now I am in another house and my virbtaing feet are steel, this time, my left heel and the foot begins to vibrate as well. It feels just like when i turn off the phone in your pocket, the would place the phone in my shoe. Has anyone ever experienced this? One theory is that it might be to do with the cold whether, but I've never had before: S
