cause electricity body can a computer to automatically shut down or Hibernate?

Students in my school – He sits at a computer and that happens, the more others around him, automatically hibernate. I tried him the ground with a metal bracelet (he gave a big shock), and put latex gloves on him. Nothing good. He does not move his feet to work for electricity static, it is not pressing the buttons on the machines – I look like a hawk. It has nothing in his pockets. I'm just puzzled. It's strange. I have a similar problem, only his ego is to do. Computers shock me if I have a bracelet or not. Never mind, I even blew hard drives. Very strange. I have no carpet laboratories, either. But to send them to hibernate is weird. Change the settings. Hibernate should not be anyway. Try to take this you go and see what happens.
