Silver Pocket Watch Hallmarks

Is anyone familiar with the brand of money that is in the form of an eagle with outstretched wings is?

I found on a watch pocket money that the mark imbeded about it. The watch is the 1880, the hall mark is on a pocket watch. This is if not the actual movement and I think Pocketwatch from the late 1800s. I checked with two local watchmakers and they have no idea ….. The watch is European, German or English. I just want to know what it means insignia. Thank you!
